Sixers Sports Center Disclosure Policies
- Entry and Exit Protocol:
All patrons, guests, and participants must use the front door for both entry and exit. Report any suspicious activity to management immediately. All members, guests, and participants in leagues or tournaments must check in at the front desk. - Equipment and Premises Maintenance:
Participants in baseball, softball, soccer, and cricket leagues/tournaments are required to return all equipment to its designated area after use. The use of metal cleats or actions causing damage to property, including nets and flooring, is strictly prohibited. Any individual causing damage will be held financially responsible for repairs. - Kitchen/Bar Service:
Management reserves the right to serve or refuse service of alcohol, spirits, or food at its discretion. This includes restrictions during leagues and tournaments to ensure the safety and conduct of participants. - League/Tournament Registration & Fees:
All league or tournament registrations are final. Refunds will only be provided if a league or tournament is canceled by Sixers Sports Center. Participants must adhere to the registration deadlines and any fees associated with late registrations. - Pets Policy:
Service animals as defined by the ADA are permitted. All other pets are prohibited from the premises, including during leagues or tournament events. - No Food or Drinks in Net Box:
To maintain cleanliness and safety, food and drinks are prohibited inside the playing nets. All participants and spectators are required to dispose of waste in designated bins during leagues and tournaments. - Equipment and Attire Checks:
Management reserves the right to inspect equipment, attire, and footwear to ensure compliance with league or tournament standards. Protective gear is mandatory for all participants. Management assumes no liability for injuries resulting from non-compliance. - Membership Suspension:
Members may suspend their membership for a fee of $10 per month, with a maximum of two months suspension per calendar year. Membership suspension does not apply to registered leagues or tournaments. - Membership Cancellation:
A 60-day written notice via email is required to cancel membership. If cancellation is requested after the billing date, the membership will remain active until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds will be issued, and membership cancellations do not affect participation in pre-registered leagues or tournaments. - Non-Members/Snowbird Pass:
Non-members and Snowbird Pass holders are limited to front office hours for access. Key fob entry outside these hours is restricted to members only. Non-members participating in leagues or tournaments must adhere to specific event hours. - Guest Policy:
Members may bring one guest per month and must request a “Guest Pass.” Non-business hour guest pass usage requires prior management approval. Guests are permitted a maximum of five visits per calendar year and must sign a waiver before entry. Guest policies do not apply during official league or tournament games. - Unauthorized Entry/Solicitation:
Allowing unauthorized individuals access to the facility will result in a $250 fine for both the member and guest, and may result in legal prosecution under O.C.G.A. § 16-7-21 for criminal trespass in the state of Georgia. - Lane/Baseball Cage Usage:
Unauthorized or unreserved use of batting cages or cricket lanes is strictly prohibited. Violators will be held responsible for cleaning and maintenance costs, and may face charges of criminal trespass under O.C.G.A. § 16-7-21. - Violence Policy:
Violence, abusive language, profanity, or physical aggression will not be tolerated. Violators will be removed from the facility and may face legal action. - Coaching Program:
Requests for changes to coaching programs will take effect the following month. Missed sessions are non-refundable. Only coaching programs affiliated with Sixers Cricket Academy are permitted on-site. Parental coaching is allowed, but no outside coaching programs are permitted. - Event Hall Access:
The mezzanine area is designated as an event hall. Unauthorized access is prohibited unless reserved and will be treated as criminal trespass under O.C.G.A. § 16-7-21. - League/Tournament Conduct & Fair Play:
All participants in leagues and tournaments are expected to adhere to fair play standards. Unsportsmanlike behavior, cheating, or rule violations will result in disqualification from the event, with no refund provided. Management reserves the right to ban individuals from future participation in events at Sixers Sports Center. - Tournament/League Rescheduling & Weather Policies:
In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseeable circumstances, Sixers Sports Center reserves the right to reschedule league games or tournaments. No refunds will be issued for rescheduled events. Participants must check their email or our website for updates.
